Under the supervision of the Retail Director the Goodwill Store Team Lead Coach is responsible for all aspects of operating a Goodwill Store.

To plan, develop, and execute the integration of Goodwill’s learning and education services and the associated general communities including all internal and external partners. Leads the learning and framework needed to support the professional and personal development of our customers, team members, and leaders and affect organizational performance improvement through the development of a learning organization, education, and training programs.

The position is responsible for contributing to the Administrative Department’s function by providing a variety of support roles, ensuring compliance, compiling reports; developing plans and systems; carrying out the Mission Statement of Marion Goodwill Industries.

Under the direct supervision of the management team or designee is responsible for tipping product for sale, pulling high value items out and accurately putting unsold items in salvage, and trash categories, and facility security and maintenance.

This position is to assist in providing leadership and direction for management and operations associated with the Goodwill Education and Training Center. The primary goal is to assist in directing and ensuring the continued program growth achieved through established benchmarks, compliance with standardized systems of management, customized services to meet local employment and training needs, community partnerships, and identified funding opportunities.

This position is responsible for the successful delivery of services to consumers specifically following any requirements of program or funding criteria. Carries out the Mission Statement of Marion Goodwill.
