Assistant Team Lead
Under the supervision of the Store Team Lead Coach, the Assistant Store Team Lead is responsible for all aspects of operating a Goodwill Store.
Store Keyholder
Under the supervision of the Store Team Lead Coach, the Keyholder is responsible for all aspects of operating a Goodwill Store.
Wares Processor
Under the direct supervision of the management team or designee Wares Processor is responsible for sorting and quality selection of donations in to salable, salvage, and trash categories, pricing of merchandise, transporting merchandise to sales floor, stocking shelves doing mark downs, rotating merchandise and displaying merchandise, and facility security and maintenance.
Textile Processor
Under the direct supervision of the management team or designee Textile Processor is responsible for hanging apparel, transporting and hanging apparel onto sales floor and facility security and maintenance.
Ecommerce Associate
Under the direct supervision of the management team or designee Ecommerce Associate is responsible for sorting and quality selection of incoming product to salable, salvage, and trash categories, pricing of merchandise, placing on correct shelf, rotating merchandise, and facility security and maintenance.
New Goods Associate
Under the supervision of the Ecom Coordinator, the new goods associate will ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment of all store supplies and new good orders.
Bilingual Retail Trainer
This position is responsible for assisting the Store Management team in successful operation of the Goodwill Store. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Maintenance Technician
This position is responsible for successful completion of all assigned jobs; carry out the Mission Statement of Marion Statement of Marion Goodwill Industries, Inc.
Store Janitorial Worker
This position is responsible for satisfactorily cleaning the assigned job location.
Youth Job Coach
This position is responsible for reinforcing of on-the-job training instruction, job tasks and related behavior skills in a manner that manifests the cooperative and collaborative mission of Goodwill.
Employment Specialist
This position is responsible for the successful delivery of services to consumers specifically following any requirements of program or funding criteria. Carries out the Mission Statement of Marion Goodwill.
Cashier
Under the direct supervision of the manager, the cashier is responsible for customer service, cash register sales, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting customers, bagging/wrapping merchandise, displaying merchandise, cleaning cash wrap area, counters, and front of store, hanging, stocking shelves and rotating merchandise.
Donation Attendant
Under the general supervision of the manager, a trainer, or another designee, is responsible for customer service, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting donors, breakdown of donations and the maintenance of accurate donor records. Also, may be responsible for covering work shifts and working at different ADC sites as needed which are regularly permanently assigned, or closer to the team member’s home.
Sales Floor Associate
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor or designee, the Sales Floor Associate is responsible for providing world-class customer service, maintaining workplace and work area with cleanliness and orderliness, rotating, displaying merchandise, stocking shelves and racks.
