Assistant Manager

This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the successful operation of the Goodwill Store. S/he will do and assist in: develop the entire store team; integrate rehabilitation services; offer quality retail merchandise; and maintain financial viability. Assists in the supervision of store personnel in department assigned; carry out the Marion Goodwill Industries, Inc. Mission Statement.

Cashier

A Cashier would accurately use cash register, including discounts and all methods of payment. Effectively promote sales and special events. Sort, pull, display and arrange merchandise at direction of manager. Assist in locating and selecting merchandise and ensuring excellent customer service.

Merchandise Processor

A Merchandise Processor would transfer store shipments to appropriate departments. Assist in stock rotation and maintaining racks and shelves. Processes merchandise in timely manner, meeting or exceeding hourly, daily and monthly goals. Sorts, pull and displays merchandise an instructed by manager.

Donation Attendant

Collect bag/box donations from customers and utilize space available for donations. Assist truck drivers when loading donations. Maintain accurate donation records. Keep donation area neat and clean, assisting other attendants and working together to keep work area safe. Demonstrate consistent positive behavior with all internal and external customers. Professionally communicate donation policies and procedures.

Shift Supervisor

A Shift Supervisor would assist in operating an effective sorting and pricing strategy, ensuring that store goals are met or exceeded in daily production goals. Assist in recruiting, training, selecting and evaluating all employees. Perform administrative tasks, including daily/weekly, monthly paperwork including all cash management.

Sales Floor Associate
