Each of the more than 155 chapters comprising Goodwill Industries International is a standalone nonprofit social enterprise focused on creating second chances through the power of work.

At Marion Goodwill our talented board of trustees helps connect us to our community, set the vision for our future, provide fiduciary oversight, and ensure that our commitment to our mission is reflected in measurable results and impact. Drawn from business, academic, and public sectors, the board guides and advises President and CEO, Michelle Roberts and the leadership team.
