Assistant Team Lead

Under the supervision of the Store Team Lead Coach, the Assistant Store Team Lead is responsible for all aspects of operating a Goodwill Store.

Wares Processor

Under the direct supervision of the management team or designee Wares Processor is responsible for sorting and quality selection of donations in to salable, salvage, and trash categories, pricing of merchandise, transporting merchandise to sales floor, stocking shelves doing mark downs, rotating merchandise and displaying merchandise, and facility security and maintenance. 

Textile Processor

Under the direct supervision of the management team or designee Textile Processor is responsible for hanging apparel, transporting and hanging apparel onto sales floor and facility security and maintenance. 

Cashier

Under the direct supervision of the manager, the cashier is responsible for customer service, cash register sales, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting customers, bagging/wrapping merchandise, displaying merchandise, cleaning cash wrap area, counters, and front of store, hanging, stocking shelves and rotating merchandise.

Donation Attendant

Under the general supervision of the manager, a trainer, or another designee, is responsible for customer service, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting donors, breakdown of donations and the maintenance of accurate donor records. Also, may be responsible for covering work shifts and working at different ADC sites as needed which are regularly permanently assigned, or closer to the team member’s home.

Sales Floor Associate

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor or designee, the Sales Floor Associate is responsible for providing world-class customer service, maintaining workplace and work area with cleanliness and orderliness, rotating, displaying merchandise, stocking shelves and racks.
