Leah
Leah was referred to Workforce Development and participated in a two week work adjustment. She qualified for the training services. She was placed in the Goodwill environment and was hired into a part time position as a merchandise processor. Her willingness to try and positive attitude have allowed Leah to overcome any barriers that she would have previously had when trying to gain employment. Starting out with a shy personality, Leah now feels that she is a people person. She enjoys working on the floor and feels that is what she does best.
