Housing

We help families achieve stability

Goodwill’s Housing Program helps low-income individuals and families lease one of our low-cost houses or apartments in an effort to gain control of their economic resources and decision making, so they can maintain family and financial stability.

Individuals are provided with an array of integrated services including budget surveys, job search assistance, and collaborative efforts with various community agencies. This program is designed to be flexible and offer the services and support, as needed, in an effort to help individuals gain self-sufficiency.

Accessible Housing

Goodwill also owns and maintains several accessible apartments in Marion. The one and two bedroom units are designed for persons with physical disabilities by providing lowered sinks and countertops, accessible appliances, easy roll-in showers and accessible parking.
