SHOPPING TIPS
Visit Goodwill often: Merchandise at our stores changes all the time, so check back with us frequently to find the items you are looking for. You can even make a routine trip of it!
Take your time: While great deals can be found in a short Goodwill visit, the best finds come about when you spend some time digging through the racks. You never know what you might be missing!
Get creative: A little crafty handy work can go a long way when it comes to refurbishing items other people might see as “junk.” You can even make a family bonding event out of challenging one another to transform a Goodwill find into an artistic masterpiece.
Don’t wait!: If you see something you like, grab it now. Most items won’t be there for long.
Visit all of our stores: Each Goodwill Retail Store has their own unique style, layout, and collection of items. If you have more than one store nearby, try to visit them all! Each store highlights different bargain finds throughout the year...keep your eyes open!
Ask a Goodwill Employee: Make friends with our helpful staff. They are often very aware of what is new on the shelves or even where to find a very specific item you might want for a costume party or decoration project.
