Code of Ethics
All Marion Goodwill Industries, Inc. employees and board members are
required to abide by the following Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards:
- Comply with all department
rules including safety, security, and the use of Goodwill property.
- Treat people we serve,
customers, visitors, volunteers, and fellow employees in a
courteous, fair, and respectful manner.
- Will not engage in conduct
involving dishonesty, fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in the
performance of their duties.
- Will not exploit
relationships between employees, clients, consumers, or any
individual receiving services for personal gain or private
advantage.
- Will not sexually harass
or create a hostile environment for people we serve, customers,
visitors, volunteers, and fellow employees.
- Perform all duties
assigned effectively and in accordance with established quality
standards.
- Conduct yourself at all
times as a good citizen and a responsible member of Marion Goodwill
Industries, Inc.
- Keep the work place drug
and alcohol free.
- Keep all information
confidential that we may encounter in our day to day activities that
is not part of our job duty to share with others.
- Will observe high ethical
standards with fellow employees and clients.

Report all issues of fraud, waste, and/or abuse to the Corporate
Compliance Officer.
Employees and board members will be expected to reaffirm the Code of
Conduct and Ethical Standards annually.
Reports of violations of Conduct and Ethical Standards can be made
anonymously and will be protected from any form of retaliation except in
the case where the reporter is responsible or a party to the misconduct.
